Adaptation of employees from abroad
A large number of employees at the Polish branch of the company come from abroad. In order to facilitate their adaptation process in the new country, a decision was made to prepare for them a training course presenting Poland in a nutshell. The training was to include the most interesting and useful information about the country and, above all, to give them tools and tips helpful in the process of adaptation to the new work environment.

Result

Foreign managers received a clear handbook, which made their work in the new country and environment much easier. Apart from general background information on the history, geography, language, or climate, they were provided with many tips on how to function in the Polish work environment and how to manage a team of employees.
