Implementation of a simplified product range for home and motor insurance entailed the need to train several thousand agents and multi-agents in the new products and to provide them with materials that would give them access to the most important information on these products and, as a result, help them to make sales.

Several thousand agents and multi-agents were able to undergo training at a date and time of their convenience, aimed at teaching them about new products and making their everyday work easier. In addition, each trainee received clear extra materials (knowledge pills, animations) that they could use at any time, always at their disposal.
