For this client, we created a large library of knowledge, available to all interested employees.
Challenge
Base of modern courses
Bausch decided to make a big change in its employee training system by replacing traditional training with online learning. The plan was to implement an e-learning platform and to start by preparing more than twenty product, medical, software training courses as well as training courses that were part of onboarding. This huge undertaking was outsourced to MyNetwork.

Training strategy
Creating the entire training strategy required a thorough analysis of training materials, objectives, and cooperation with a dozen or so content experts on the client’s side. -
Selection of tools and methodologies for product training
The analysis resulted in the selection of several different tools and methodologies for creating individual training courses. Most of the product training courses were executed using the Rise technology. -
Responsive and intuitive courses
We created a dozen or so responsive courses in which participants can easily find information about Bausch Health products. All of them had a similar layout and graphics so that navigating each one could be as intuitive as possible. -
Use of modern methodology
Training courses related to procedures and onboarding were executed by us using the Articulate Storyline technology. We opted for microlearning – short presentations focused on a single topic instead of being overloaded with unnecessary information. -
Two versions of training
Some of the training courses required creating two versions – basic and advanced. Some ended in being awarded a certificate.
Conclusion
A lot of saved employee time and money that would otherwise be spent on traditional training. The client got the cutting-edge HCMDeck platform with a starter base of modern, intuitive courses. We helped our client create a large, handy library of knowledge, available to all interested employees.
