You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

  1. The right to make corrections: you can request changes to your personal data if you believe that your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete;
  2. The right to delete data: you can request your personal data to be removed;
  3. The right to limit processing: you can request limiting processing of your personal data;
  4. The right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object the processing of your personal data for purposes of direct marketing, including profiling related to direct marketing;
  5. The right to withdraw consent: if you agreed to the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw it at any time;
  6. The right to transfer data: if it is lawful, you can request your personal data to be returned to you or transferred to a third party.
  7. The right to complain to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Purpose and processing time

MyNetwork will process the following categories of personal data in order to market its products and services: first name, last name, email address. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and only authorized employees and partners of MyNetwork will have access to it. The basis for data processing is art. 6, par. 1, letter a of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) – the person concerned has agreed to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.
